THE SOUTH BORDER IS FRANKLIN AVENUE AND THE WEST, UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD. THE COMMUNITY WAS LISTED IN THE WASHINGTONIAN ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO LIVE (2005).
